PRIZE CONTEST RULES • BON NADEL 2008

149 stores and public establishments in Val Gardena have organized a prize contest called “BON NADEL 2008” from 17th November to 23rd December 2008. |
| 2. |
Advertising relative to the prize contest will begin on 10th November 2008. |
| 3. |
All end consumers can participate in the prize contest except for owners of the businesses participating in the initiative. |
| 4. |
In stores and public establishments participating in the initiative, for every 5,00 Euros (and multiples of 5) of purchases, customers will receive one point (sticker) that they can place on a card that can hold up to 20 points. |

Once the card has been completed, the participant will add his/her personal information and place it in one of three special containers located at the offices of the Cassa Raiffeisen Selva Gardena, in the municipalities of Ortisei, Selva and Santa Cristina or handed in to one of the participating companies, who will ensure that it is entered in the draw. |

Three prize drawings will be held: Sunday, 7th December at 5.00 p.m. in Ortisei (Rezia) for the cards placed in containers from 17th November to 7th December; Sunday 14th December at 5.00 p.m. in Santa Cristina (Iman Christmas market area) for the cards placed in containers from 8th to 14th December; and Tuesday 23rd December at 9 p.m. in Selva (Nives square) for the cards placed in containers from 15th to 23rd December. |

The following 6 prizes will be awarded:
• 1 “cruise ” one-week trip for two persons (for the following locations: 18.5.2009 Greek Islands, 24.5.2009 Mediterranean Fragrances, 18.10.2009 OrientalPanorama, € 4.000,00).
• 1 “all-inclusive” one-week trip for two persons (for the following locations: Egypt, Marocco and Tunisy,
€ 1.500,00).
• 1 “short stay” for two people for 3 or 4 days at Adler Thermae Springs in Tuscany, worth € 600,00 each.
• 1 cityweekend with musical (fort he following locations: Paris, Berlin, Hamburg, € 900,00)
• 1 voucher for € 500,00 to use at one of the companies participating in the competition.
• 1 voucher for € 1000,00 to use at one of the companies participating in the competition, for this prize the winner must be present on the prize drawing. |

The prizes must be collected by 31.01.2009 and used by 31.12.2009 (for travel the prizes cannot be used during the August public holiday or at Christmas). The promoter will not claim reimbursement from the winners, as per art. 30 of Presidential Decree 600/73, amended by art. 19, section 2, law 449/97. |

Prizes not requested or given out by that date will be handed over to the following non-profit organisation: “Vinzenzverein ”, based in Ortisei at via stufan 1 – tax code 94059970213 |
