STORES AND PUBLIC ESTABLISHMENTS IN VAL GARDENA
PRIZE CONTEST RULES • BON NADEL 2006 •

1. 144 stores and public establishments in Val Gardena have organised a prize contest called “BON NADEL 2006”
     from 20 November to 23 December 2006.

2. Advertising relative to the prize contest will begin on 1st November 2006.

3. All end consumers can participate in the prize contest except for owners of the businesses participating in the
     initiative.

4. In stores and public establishments participating in the initiative, for every 5 Euros (and multiples of 5) of
     purchases, customers will receive one point (sticker) that they can place on a card that can hold up to 20 points.

5. Once the card has been completed, the participant will add his/her personal information and place it in one
     of three special containers located at the offi ces of the Cassa Raiff eisen Selva Gardena, in the municipalities of
     Ortisei, Selva and Santa Cristina.

6. Th ree prize drawings will be held: Saturday, 9 December at 5 p.m. in Ortisei (Rezia) for the cards placed in
     containers from 20 November to 9 December; Saturday 16 December at 5 p.m. in Santa Cristina (Iman Christmas
     market area) for the cards placed in containers from 10 to 16 December; and Saturday 23 December at 5 p.m. in
     Selva (City Hall square) for the cards placed in containers from 17 to 23 December.

7. Th e following 5 prizes will be awarded:
     • 1 trip for two persons in one of the Leading Mountain Resorts (for the following locations: Bariloche, Vail and
     Queenstown, € 4.500,00).
     • 1 “all-inclusive” one-week trip for two persons (for the following locations: Sharm El Sheikh, Tabarka and Agadir,
     € 1.500,00).
     • 1 weekend trip (for the following locations: New York, Moscow and Paris, € 1.000,00).
     • 1 pair of Alpine skis including bindings, € 600,00.
     • 1 seasonal Dolomiti Superski Ski-pass, € 570,00.

8. Prizes must be picked up by 31 Jan. 2007; the promoter waives any claims concerning the winners in accordance
     with art. 30 of DPR 600/73 amended by art. 19, subparagraph 2, law 449/97.

9. Prizes not claimed or not assigned by that date will be given to the following Onlus: “SUSTENI ALA VITA
     ONLUS”, located in Ortisei, via Roma, no. 101 - tax code 80017310212.
